Low Flow Series cartridges: 50 µL through 250 µL are interchangeable and fit in all Low Flow Series In-line, Binary tee and Ternary tee housings.
Delay volume specified below was calculated based on an ASI engineering drawing. The delay volume can be verified by injecting a sample at a known flow rate, then measuring the time this sample first appears at the exit of the mixer.
Back pressure varies directly with flow rate. For example, if the back pressure is 2 PSI at 1 mL/min., it will be .5 PSI at 250 µL/min.
